The planning journey is an exciting one!

Let’s get started.

Sample Planning Timeline

This is a typical timeline for completing planning items on your wedding checklist!

If you’ve signed on for our full-service package, then just use this as a reference for the order we’ll be leading your planning. we’ll take care of it for you & make sure we’re on track!

if you’ve chosen to take the lead on your planning, this is a helpful tool to keep you on task.

Sample Day of Timeline

every wedding day is unique. this timeline serves as a general overview of what a wedding with a ceremony beginning at 4:30pm & 8 hours of photography coverage looks like. on your wedding day, there are a few points on the agenda that must begin or end on time (hair & makeup, dinner service, music off) in order to maintain the highest quality of guest experience & to prevent you from accruing penalty charges from vendors / missing major moments. However, the remainder of the timeline is based so much on “reading the room” & helping to guide guests on to the next portion of the day. we remain VIGILANT to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves & you aren’t unnecessarily interrupted from having the time of your life.

Checklist

This is a typical to-do list to pay attention to through the planning process. your wedding may require less details or even more. if you’ve hired us for full-service planning, you’ll be able to track what’s been done vs what we are still working on via the master planning packet we maintain in google docs. if you’ve hired us for partial planning or just wedding day management, you’re more than welcome to request the packet to fill out on your own!

Contact Info & Other Tidbits

as you may have already figured, planning a wedding consists of juggling many details & bits. our best practice is to keep track of everything through email communication. when we schedule facetime / phone meetings, you’ll always find me jotting down allll the notes to make sure nothing falls by the wayside. texts & unscheduled phone calls are always welcome, but these methods of communication may not be the most reliable forms of getting an answer / retaining information.

in case you need to reach me, my phone number is 360-852-0408. If you forget, you can also find it on my email signature.

Maintaining office hours is pretty tricky to do, but I try to focus all of my efforts primarily on weekdays, between 9a - 5p. during peak wedding season, i’ll be slower to respond, but if you need an answer asap, please don’t hesitate to call / text. weekends are reserved for events, scheduled meetings, and family time.
